Role and Responsibilities
Your responsibilities
Your main responsibility as a E-Commerce Partnership Manager is to oversee the overall performance and development of the Samsung Enhanced Partner Program (EPP). You set and execute the EPP strategy/focus and are also responsible for building and maintaining the EPP partner roadmap (all types).
Besides that your responsibilities are the following:
Coordinate and align Sales & Marketing activities together with internal and external stakeholders
Day to day promotion and campaign translation towards Partners
Internal alignment with Manager/Team and external alignment with Partners
Internal reporting/Root cause analyses
Reporting towards ETO/HQ
Administration (administration/legal/issue handling)
Project based:
Flagship Launches and Main events (black Friday | Back to school)
New sell-out platform (SMB portal)
Direct touch portals (Student Portal / Healthcare Portal)
Platform migrations (Hybris / AEM)
