The right candidate will bring technology, voice of customer and problem solving together to drive rock solid digital commerce platforms that meet the needs of the customers and makes them want to transact digitally vs. manually. Role Responsibility

We are looking for an eCommerce/eMarketplace Product Specialist to work within the Digital Platform team. The role will focus on supporting the eCommerce Product Owner in delivering the product roadmap, vision and KPIs within an Agile/SCRUM framework, working cross functionally with both internal and external stakeholders to drive front and back end improvements and operational efficiency. Additional responsibilities include project management, capturing and making actionable plans from voice of customer input and driving future growth initiatives.

As eCommerce/eMarketplace Product Specialist you will:

  • Analyze and develop onsite optimization for web eCommerce including the Regal Rexnord value propositions, NPI launches, product selection, sorting rules and product/service cross-sell and up-sell

  • Translate business, marketing and new product objectives into cohesive and simple consumer facing web pages and programs that exceed consumer journey expectations

  • Build content strategy for Regal Rexnord brands bringing it to life on the web site

  • Understand Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) efforts

  • Track, measure, optimize and report on core KPIs including web sessions, time on site, conversion, page views, site speed, bounce rate, click pathing, Where to Buy lead generation, site search performance and sales

  • Assist the eCommerce Product Owner & Sr. Business Analyst in prioritizing and maintaining the product backlog

  • Nourish stakeholder and customer relationships to understand moments of delight, opportunities, and pain points in the shopping journey

  • Be a student of eCommerce and creatively marry industry trends and experiences and help identify the biggest problems to solve

  • Assist eCommerce Product Owner to ensure the roadmap, vision and KPIs are being delivered

  • You know your competition by doing research and understanding the overall competitive landscape looking for ways to differentiate from the pack.

  • Assist the eCommerce team in facilitating stakeholder workshops to bottom out requirements for backlog items

  • Work with the Sr. Business Analyst, dev teams and internal stakeholders to ensure product backlog items are written to a high standard, refine backlog items, ensuring acceptance criteria are captured accurately and understood

  • Assist eCommerce team in coordinating user assisted testing and help create training for internal customer care advocates and external users

  • Project management of partnership and internal initiatives, working cross functionally with internal and third-party stakeholders to ensure projects are timely, accurate and align on best practices


The Ideal Candidate

  • Will have 3-5 years prior experience in B2B eCommerce for a international manufacturing company.

  • Have 2-3 years working with a large eCommerce platform like Sitecore, BigCommerce, Insite (Optimizely) Commerce, Magento or similar.

  • You will have excellent attention to detail and time management skills.

  • Created and helped deliver continual eCommerce enhancements and new project initiatives resulting in continued, scalable growth.

  • A collaborative attitude with the ability to build strong relationships in a highly matrixed organization.

  • Be passionate about delivering a high quality customer experience.

  • You will have an inquisitive nature, be keen to learn, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • You will be comfortable dealing with and explaining technical concepts related to product development, systems architecture and process flows.

  • You should have strong data handling skills, including a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

  • Knowledge of JIRA/ A tlassian or equivalent software development tools is an advantage but not essential.

  • Job-Related Experience Required:

    • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in eCommerce systems assisting in continual, iterative enhancements

    • BA/BS in marketing, business administration

    • Deep knowledge of eCommerce trends, best practices and conversion

    • Proven skill in effective communication and translating data into actionable insights and actions

    • Track record of effective product road map design and execution and getting things done on time

    • Hands-on experience working with Agile/SCRUM teams in translating complex future state vision into epics and actionable user stories

  • Technical Skills Preferred/Required:

    • Previous experience with JIRA, Power BI, Datorama

    • Background in Product Information Management system best practices

    • Background in deploying new eCommerce enhancements including eMarketplaces, Punchouts and B2B2C

    • Familiarity with voice of customer tools like HotJar and Qualtrics
