Alvarez and Marsal (A&M) is seeking a motivated Digital Communications Executive with strong writing and organizational skills to join our EMEA Marketing team in London.
You will help build the brand equity of our leaders on their personal LinkedIn channels and manage content editing projects for requests in Europe. The role will report to the U.S.-based Senior Marketing Manager responsible for A&M's personal LinkedIn and content governance programs and will also work closely with the Director of Marketing and Communications, EMEA.
Essential Functions
Personal LinkedIn Management
Write effective announcements for senior stakeholders' LinkedIn profiles that drive engagement with prospects, clients, A&M professionals, peers and recruits and follow the styles of:
News announcements
Blogs
A&M social posts
Fun, Core Values-based promotions
Recruitment job openings
Work directly with senior stakeholders to propose drafts, edit and publish materials
Operate social media content platform to schedule and publish content and adjust approaches to copy based on performance of materials
Research appropriate third-party news articles to suggest to stakeholders for featuring with custom commentary on their LinkedIn channels
Editing Projects
Provide copywriting support as needed for external communications
Serve as a liaison for editing projects between client requests and a team of contract editors
Clarify specific client needs on editorial requests and assist in setting up briefs for the editors
Serve as a brand ambassador reinforcing to clients and editorial team A&M content best practices
Required Experience
A number of years experience writing and managing digital content campaigns
Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced and evolving environment
Strong written and oral communications skills and ability to pitch ideas to senior stakeholders
Experience working with social media content and analytics platforms (Oktopost a plus+)
Ability to research and identify relevant third-party content for blogging purposes
