JOB SUMMARY: The Promotions Lead To assist with daily office projects with Assistant Manager and executes events to continue guest loyalty.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Updates kiosk program calendar.
Pulls reports from kiosk programs.
Creates and orders signage for events to post around property.
Fills out winner's paperwork forms for giveaways.
Conducts inventory checks.
Orders supplies needed for office and event space.
Creates monthly pocket passes for the property.
Conducts audit checks of kiosk reports.
Motivates staff to provide superior customer service.
Acts as a role model to other employees and always presents oneself as a credit to Harrah's and encourages others to do the same.
Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory departmental and company policies.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have open availability and flexible on shifts to work.
Degree in Marketing is a plus.
Must be at least 21 years old or older.
High school diploma or GED required.
Pleasant personality, flexibility, is a must.
Fluent in English.
Capable of reading and writing English imperative.
Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team.
Must present a well-groomed appearance.
PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS: Must be able to maneuver to all areas of the casino. Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds and carry up to 20 pounds. Must have an eye for detail. Must be able to bend, reach, kneel, twist and grip items while working at assigned desk area. Must have the manual dexterity and coordination to operate office equipment, including a 10 key adding machine, PC computer, fax machine and photo copier. Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English. Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues.
