**Overview:**
Responsible for oversight of an Agile Release Train and the associated agile teams. Direct support of a CIO regarding all agile transformation activities. High visibility and autonomy for an experienced coach. Great environment/culture that embraces change, but requires judgment on change related WIP and recommended next area of change focus. We are a SAFe-like business in terms of agile scaling and most of our teams are scrum teams. The Feature Lead will champion Agile adoption and continuous improvement with our model to optimize the benefits of being Agile. This person should be comfortable working at all levels to help the organization use Agile as a strategic asset of culture change and to foster our business values. Coaching activities directed at Agile Teams and Agile Release Trains improve our Agile Practices, mindset and structures. These lead to the following business benefits:

**Role Responsibilities:**
+ Onboard Release Trains To GBT Common cadence
+ Assist Centralized Onboarding Team with risk mitigation of intra-PI delivery.
+ Support the agile adoption strategy and rollout plans and influence those plans
+ Provide hands-on Agile coaching to your CIO, his direct reports, release train key roles and teams.
+ Our model also leans on Scrum Masters as the first level team coach and the RTE as the first level train coach so train-the-trainer is also part of being effective in the role.
+ Accountable for improvement in the delivery of software development as per SDM measures
+ Coach teams and stakeholders in improving their Agile thinking and Scrum processes.
+ Evaluate and mentor existing Agile feature teams, and deliver training classes for product owners, new teams, and executive leadership to promote and improve agility
+ Capture feedback and continuously improve Agile guidance, training materials, and content
+ Guide the Agile Team coaches towards SDM 360 Agile maturity
**Required Skills:**
+ 5+ years in the use of Agile methodologies and supporting tools, including acting as Scrum Master for teams with Scrum Master certification
+ 2-3 years working in an Agility training / coaching role with exposure to large organizational transformations
**Desired skills:**
+ SPC certification is preferred, but not required (persuade me that you are the best candidate for the job)
