Job Description

Works closely with field marketing managers to execute marketing projects. The majority of focus will be on the large account/enterprise segment. This role requires proven experience in project coordination and administrative support in a fast-paced business setting. This is a remote role and reports to the Field Marketing Manager, West.

Responsibilities

• Support the field marketing teams daily administrative tasks

• Plan and execute in-person and virtual events, in collaboration with marketing and sales stakeholders

• Create registration pages and email content for events

• Collect quantitative and qualitative data from events and marketing campaigns

• Update company database and customer relationship management system (Salesforce)

• Ensure end-to-end data quality

• Manage and adhere to budget allocation

• Oversee external vendors

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of professional experience, preferably in tech

• Multi-tasker with excellent project management skills

• Experience managing in-person and virtual events

• Desire to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities

• Able to collaborate with cross-functional teams and business partners

• Eager, inquisitive, and a stickler for details and timelines

• Solid understanding of marketing techniques

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Familiarity with marketing computer software and online applications (e.g. CRMs, content management systems, project management tools, and analytics) is a plus

• Experience with Asana or another project management tool is ideal

• Tricentis contractors are responsible for complying with organization-wide information security policies, standards, guidelines, and procedures including reporting security incidents.

• This is a part-time, remote position of 20 hours per week.
