**Sodexo Live's Airport Lounge Segment** has an exciting opening for a **Club/Lounge General Manager** at a brand new exclusive and ultra-premium lounge at **John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK)** . The lounge is dedicated space for elite passengers to relax, rejuvenate and enjoy a la carte meals or order beverages from the full-service champagne bar. This lounge will service international, long-haul travelers and will offer top-tier amenities and expanded premium food and beverage offerings. We are seeking a dynamic and energetic general manager who is focused on elevating the traveling guest experience.
As the Club General Manager, you will have responsibility for daily operations and service staff including food operations managers, bartenders, cooks, supervisors and appearance care (custodial staff), and all food and beverage services for this private lounge. This is a hands-on manager role and will be very active in daily service operations. The ideal candidate will have fine-dining/elevated service standards within restaurants, food, beverage and culinary knowledge/experience, a strong eye for detail, overall excellent service standards and most important, be a true team leader. As the General Manager you will also be responsible for financials and cost controls.

**The successful candidate will:**
+ have oversight of daily food operations and deliver a high-quality product;
+ achieve company and client financial targets and goals;
+ develop and maintain client and customer relationships;
+ motivate, coach, mentor and develop frontline (hourly) staff; and/or
+ ensure Sodexo standards are met to include compliance with company food and physical safety programs.
