Global Public Affairs seeks to enhance and protect the reputation of Citi, its businesses and the brand through direct and indirect communication with Citi's various stakeholders, including our colleagues. The Business and Corporate Communications team is a nimble team in Global Public Affairs that covers a broad scope of responsibilities, ranging from Executive communications and public engagements to quarterly earnings and corporate reputation programs as well as communications that support our lines of business. The nature of the work provides a dynamic environment where members of the team serve as company spokespeople to media, drive engagement with colleagues and develop external and internal digital communications for a global workforce of more than 200,000 colleagues. Within Citi, the team works with many internal partners, including senior leadership, and regularly coordinates closely with other members of the Global Public Affairs team across the world.

**Graphic Design Senior Manager Senior Vice President (SVP)**
The Creative and Media Services team in Citis Business and Corporate Communications group is looking for a Graphic Designer with a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into outstanding creative and design. Do you love working with clients to develop creative concepts? Are you excited by developing storyboards and graphics packages? This role a crucial member of the team and will lead the development of eye-catching creative and design across a significant number of Citi channels from our colleague Intranet and digital signage platforms to Citigroup.com and Citis social media channels like Instagram and LinkedIn.
Responsibilities:
+ Partner closely with colleagues and peers throughout Global Public Affairs to help brainstorm, design and lead the creative development and execution of campaigns and/or projects supporting digital design needs across web, social, email, video storyboards and more.
+ Create outstanding visual designs that address business, function, brand and user requirements
+ Support video production with concept development and graphics packages and work with the production team to capture the vision and help bring it to life.
+ Collaborate with outside agencies, web designers, marketing and internal resources to build and execute global campaigns.
+ Produce drafts for client review and make revisions based on feedback received
+ Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions
+ Perform retouching and manipulation of imagery
Qualifications:
+ Masters or Bachelors Degree in Multimedia Design, Communications, Marketing or related field required.
+ Minimum 5-7 years experience in graphic design, multimedia production or related field with increased responsibility, preferably with a large and complex organization
+ Must be proficient in various multimedia and design technologies across the Adobe Creative Suite
+ Strong visual and typographic sensibility
+ Proven experience designing unique and innovative work within the context of a brand
+ Strong communications (written, verbal and interpersonal) skills, including tact, diplomacy, and ability to influence senior executives.
+ Integrity, maturity, dependability, a positive professional attitude.
+ A team player who will implement initiatives effectively and motivate others to carry out their work.
+ Excellent organizational and project management skills.
+ Experience or demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-based environment within a heavily matrixed organization.
