Your position will be part of the North America Beverage organization and will provide leadership and functional HR management support to field sales, warehouse, and manufacturing plants at multiple PepsiCo locations within the Central Divisions St. Louis Market. The Sr. Human Resources Manager role provides you with fantastic opportunities to build critical experiences such as learning the business, how to influence across sales and operations, lead and develop a team, and how to grow PepsiCo's business. Day in the Life: Strategically lead and fully execute key HR initiatives that support PepsiCo vision You will guide leaders and frontline employees regarding company policies, values, HR program administration (benefits, pay and salary) and interpretation to ensure policies and procedures are executed consistently across the site You will be responsible for diagnosing organizational issues, developing solutions, and implementing an action plan Ensure activities are in compliance with all state and federal employment laws and regulations Partner with leadership teams on performance management to develop pipeline and succession plans Design and execute staffing strategies for exempt/non-exempt hiring needs (including campus recruiting). Partner with local teams to ensure ongoing outreach activities. Develop and execute site/region-level strategies to improve Organizational Health and culture Lead and participate in Market & Region level Diversity & Inclusion initiatives What will make you successful? Understanding and experience with most or all of the core aspects of Human Resource Management (employee relations, staffing, labor relations, performance management, leadership development, coaching, and training) Ability to think strategically and translate concepts into actionable items Powerful and confident communication skills with the ability to effectively present to all levels of the organization Ability to understand the business operations from both a strategic and tactical perspective Previous talent management and organizational planning experience Demonstrable ability to influence decision-making with leaders and business partners Courage to make tough decisions and deliver difficult messages with professionalism and poise Comfortable working in ambiguous business situations Solid expertise in developing solutions based upon facts/data analytics Consultative style and approach with ability to develop credible relationships with business partners Qualifications/Requirements Bachelors Degree required; major in Industrial/Labor Relations, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or other related field preferred Masters Degree in Business Administration, Labor Relations, or Human Resources Management preferred 5-7 years Prior Human Resources and Leadership experience We are looking for candidates with experience supporting front-line employees and field-based client groups in a manufacturing or distribution center environment Preference for Labor Relations experience (Grievance Management, Arbitrations, and Contract Negotiations) This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability status.
