The Info Security Prof Senior Mgr is a senior management level position responsible for accomplishing results through the management of a team or department in an effort to prevent, monitor and respond to information/data breaches and cyber-attacks. The overall objective of this role is to ensure the execution of Information Security directives and activities in alignment with Citi's data security policy.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Establish and manage security solutions for a functional area
+ Develop Corrective Action Plans for all IS gaps and monitor discovered issues to completion
+ Facilitate the implementation of approved IS tools and identify and propose new or improved security solutions or emerging technologies
+ Ensure IS compliance and seek opportunities to enhance the efficiency of IS policies and procedures
+ Identify significant IS threats and vulnerabilities, and define appropriate controls for discovered threats, documenting the business response
+ Communicate and discuss changes to IS regulations and standards with Business and Program owners
+ Manage project deadlines, deliverables, planning, budgeting and policy formulation for the team, including short-term resource planning
+ Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.
**Qualifications:**

+ Additional technical certifications preferred

The overall objective of this role is to ensure the execution of Infrastructure Security directives and activities in alignment with Citi's network security standards & policies.
As a Infrastructure Security Tech Senior Manager, job responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Interface with ICG Global Markets business and application teams, understand functional business and technical connectivity requirements, translate the business/application/technical network connectivity requirements into actionable change requests for Network Engineering, Firewall & Proxy Operations, Load Balancer Engineering and System Administrators and Engineering.
Manage team of Infrastructure Security Senior Technical Analyst
Manage Network & Security Projects technical work including Business to Business, users and or Servers/Applications Migrations, New E-Trading Infrastructure Builds Projects for ICG Markets business globally.
Infrastructure Security Tech Senior Manager to provide technical reviews on all Firewall and Proxy network connectivity Architecture & Engineering design and solutions.
Providing technical functions in processing Network, Firewall, Proxy, Security Access Controls, Network Segmentation, Linux & Unix Server connectivity and perform Architectural Information Security Risk assessments to ensure that the network security architecture is compliant with Citigroups Information Security Standards and Information Security Policies and other regulatory functions.
Liaising with multiple technology teams (i.e. CATE Network Engineering; Firewall and Proxy Engineering and Operations including Integration; Perimeter Security Operations; System Based Computing; Remote Access Services and Business & Technology Information Security Officers); to facilitate cross-functional solutions as it relates to External & Internal Network connectivity aligning with Citigroup Information Security Standards. Modality solutions include (but not limited to) RAS, B2B, Firewall, Proxy, SEC ACL, Network Segmentation, and 3rd Party Architecture (TPA) solutions.
Qualifications :-
Bachelors degree/University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Information Systems Must Have
Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Nice to Have
Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Must Have
Cisco Certified Security Professional (CCSP) Nice to Have
Juniper Networks Certified Associate (JNCIA) Nice to Have
5-8 years of extensive Data Networking & Network Security Experience with Cisco Routers & Switches, Checkpoint Firewalls, Juniper Networks Firewalls, Palo Alto Network Firewalls, F5 Load Balancers, Linux and Windows systems.
Must Have

Experience at a Global Bank or Global Financial institution preferred.
