Works closely with the Director of Investor Relations and IR Manager and is expected to be a backup to the IR Manager. The Investor Relations Analyst will provide direct support for all Investor Relations activities including quarterly earnings, press releases, shareholder analysis, research, and special projects.
Participate in the quarterly earnings preparation process and serve as a critical backup to the IR Manager during the earnings period.
Assist in preparation and distribution all material press releases including earnings and dividend announcements as backup to the IR Manager.
Perform Peer company analysis and track sell-side analyst models and consensus estimates. Assist in researching and analyzing shareholder base. Prepare weekly analyst report summaries for senior executives. Assist with preparation of presentations for investor events.
Maintain the Investor Relations database and all department files, including shareholder and sell-side analyst lists. Manage IR calendar relating to investor events and meetings.
Process all IR Department invoice and expense payments for third-party vendors and T&E expenses for the Investor Relations staff. Perform administrative tasks relating to travel and scheduling for the IR Department.
Edit external and internal communication, including transcripts.
Bachelors degree and 2 years of experience in finance or related role preferred
Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and PowerPoint
Knowledge of Factset and Bloomberg preferred
Strong written communication skills
