Responsibilities:
Be part of Digital Supply Chain Practice within Digital Transformation Services (DTS).
Advise the CSCO/COO in setting the vision and direction for digital supply chain operations
Lead the solution and delivery of business and digital transformation projects in supply chain domain
Be engaged in short but intense consulting, assessments, due diligences, PoC exercises to win the implementation projects
Develop thought leadership Point of Views, methodologies, frameworks, toolkits, collaterals to support transformation projects and pursuit/solution design
Work with stakeholders across units to conceptualize, design, evangelize, and operationalize solutions in emerging spaces
Identify whitespaces and conceptualize solution areas through use case articulation, user story creation and wireframing
Strong understanding of innovation initiatives in industries from digital supply chain standpoint
Partner with the Business Process Owner(s) and Subject Matter Expert(s) to develop a deep end-to-end understanding of processes targeted for automation and outline the impacted processes and business requirement
Required Skills and Experience:
Experience leading solutions and delivery of innovative projects and helping Clients (Hi-Tech, Automotive, Pharma, CPG, Retail, Logistics etc.) to deliver efficiency, effectiveness, and experience by adopting Digital Transformation Levers.
Exposure and/or experience in leading supply chain products and platforms such as SAP IBP, O9, Kinaxis, E2O, Blue Yonder, TMS (OTM, SAP, Blue Yonder), WMS (Manhattan/Blue Yonder/ SAP WMS) and Global Trade Management Solution (Amber Road, SAP GTM)
Strong consulting, solution development skills and business acumen in addition to quantitative and analytical capabilities in Supply Chain domain with prior experience in developing "Supply Chain Shared Services/GBS and Digital Operations Operating Models.
Driving automation initiative by conducting supply chain process reviews to identify the use cases for automation and analytics
Demonstrated experienced working with complex business process outsourcing and/or shared services operations.
Proven delivery management skills of multiple programs, getting deep into the requirements & solutioning when needed
Strong in developing data driven solutions in SCM space
Help our clients to simplify and improve their operations by developing business cases, analyzing clients' as-is processes and create end-to-end automation solution blueprints
Help hire, mentor and train team members into the practice
Strong in developing relevant of Proof of Concept, Internal Asset for demonstration purpose to internal and external stakeholders
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Preferred
MBA and at least 12+ years of experience in the fields related to the Job Description.
Supply Chain related certifications such as CPIM, CSCP, CLTD are preferable.
Smart, self-driven, highly focused & self-motivated people with top notch communication skills, intellectual curiosity, and passion for fast changing Digital Supply Chain space.
Hands-On experience in managing supply chain operations highly preferred.
