Management Consulting professionals advise, design and implement transformational solutions in our specialist functional and industry areas.
The Management Consulting Consultant/Manager designs and implements business changes that drive industry-specific, function and digital operating model transformation, focusing on tasks relating to people and process
The candidate will be a Consultant/Manager within the Banking Consulting practice with a focus on Business and Technology Transformation within the Commercial & Corporate Banking specifically in Trade & Supply Chain Finance and Transaction Banking.
Accenture is growing our Banking Consulting practice to help our Banking clients navigate their transformational journeys.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Develop world-class business and technology solutions for Trade & Supply Chain Finance clients.
+ Conduct operating model assessments (people, process, org) and client needs assessments.
+ Perform vendor assessment and due diligence of packaged platforms, e.g. Finastra Trade Innovation, CGI Trade 360, Surecomp, Finacle Trade Connect etc
+ Participate in process design, requirements gathering, and functional design as part of Trade & Supply Chain Finance systems implementation engagements.
+ Serve as a business architect during client engagements.
+ Participate in the development of best-in-class, reusable assets.
+ Participate in business development to originate new client opportunities.
+ Must be willing to travel up to 80% (Monday - Thursday)
Skills Include:
+ Industry experience within business, commercial, or large corporate Trade & Supply Chain Finance.
+ Demonstrated business and technology expertise across the end-to-end Trade & Supply Chain Finance lifecycles and operating models
+ Successful track record of performing operating model design, business process design, and system functional design.
+ Experience with market Trade Finance platforms is preferred.
+ Advise upon, lead and work on high impact activities within the systems development lifecycle, and provide advisory work for the IT Function itself.
+ Ability to develop and manage relationships with client management.

Heres What You Need:
+ A combined 3+ years of experience in one or more of the following:
+ Management consulting experience
+ Trade and Supply Chain Finance domain experience
+ Industry experience within a bank or non bank Trade Finance solution provider
+ A Bachelor's degree
Bonus Points If :
+ Finastra Trade Innovation, CGI Trade 360, Surecomp, Finacle Trade Connect etc expertise preferred, or other commercial banking systems
+ Industry or platform vendor certification(s)
+ Youve got an advanced degree or financial industry certification
+ Youve got experience in sales and delivering financial services projects on time
