**Overview:**


As a Lead Technical Product Manager for the Data Platform and Products team, you will coordinate internal efforts within the organization to improve the platform's technology and how it enables different teams. This will include understanding and maintain an internal backlog technology needs, planning how improvements will affect different teams, and communicating updates. You will also oversee the Architecture Review Board meeting, where the Principal Architects meet to review to design new solutions.


**Responsibilities:**


+ Coordinate internal dependencies of tooling and pipelines

+ Socialize platform tools with our teams

+ Organize agenda in advance for architecture team meeting

+ Maintain backlog and a roadmap of architectural reviews and internal platform needs

+ Maintain documentation of architecture decisions


**Qualifications:**


+ Experienced in all areas of the Product Process

+ Expertise defining and launching excellent products

+ Genuine empathy for the customer and a commitment to delving deep into the challenges they present or experience

+ Experience maintaining corpus of documentation on Confluence (or similar platforms)

+ 7+ years of experience managing product scope, documentation, roadmap and backlogs

+ 7+ years of experience with different Agile methodologies (scrum, Kanban, hybrid)


**Preferred Qualifications:**


+ Experience working heavy technical or software engineering teams

+ Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification

+ Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Slack, Miro, ProductBoard, among others

+ Peripheral certifications such as CSM, PMP, CBAP, etc.


**Required Education:**


+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
