The A&M Global Transaction Advisory Group ("TAG") is the largest transaction advisory (financial due diligence) practice outside the Big 4 audit firms. Our global TAG team includes over 600 professionals throughout US, Latin America, Europe, Middle East, India and Asia Pacific. Our Middle East team is highly experienced led by an established and highly regarded Managing Director. Our Middle East TAG team was setup just over a year ago and has earned an exceptional reputation for excellent work. They are highly active across the region working for sovereign wealth funds, global and regional private equity firms, multinational corporations and family offices on M&A and capital markets transactions in the Middle East and internationally.

A&M TAG have a unique delivery model that enables extensive exposure to high profile clients, Managing Directors and Senior Directors thus empowering individuals to fast-track their careers and development. We are expanding, and we are looking for experienced and ambitious Managers and Assistant Directors to join our TAG teams in Riyadh, Dubai and Abu Dhabi .

Our base salaries and benefits are highly competitive, and our bonuses are uncapped and well known for their fairness and generosity correlating with the employees' contribution in business development and project execution to grow both Transaction Advisory and other A&M services.

As part of a select and highly skilled team, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Work on multiple Transaction Advisory engagements in the UAE, Saudi Arabia and across the Middle East and internationally, working closely with our Managing Directors;

  • Gain constant exposure to our Managing Directors, leveraging their substantial deal experience providing you the opportunity to learn on the job as well as through formal technical and soft skills training programs offered by A&M globally;

  • Use the commercial aspects of your financial analysis skills, in addition to gaining exposure to the key drivers and valuation considerations which drive a transaction;

  • Work alongside operational, commercial and tax due diligence professionals in integrated due diligence project teams enhancing your understanding of the broader due diligence and wider deal process;

  • Be proactively involved in commercial activities, business development, and marketing;

  • Network internally with our service lines and work on external marketing events to build cross- service line relationships; and

  • Be active in the market, supporting and enhancing existing client relationships and in originating new client relationships.

Key requirements:

  • Experience in Transaction Services (Financial Due Diligence) at a Big 4 audit firm is essential, preferably gained in the Middle East

  • A strong academic record and professional qualifications are helpful

  • Fluency in English is required. Additional language skills particularly fluency in Arabic is highly desirable

  • Highly ambitious and motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
