KPMG is currently seeking a Manager or Senior Manager to join our Economic and Valuation Services (https://tax.kpmg.us/services/valuations.html) practice.
Responsibilities:
+ Support transfer pricing client engagement teams in the initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of complex engagements
+ Monitor project progress and managing changes to project scope, schedule and costs
+ Manage technology workflow and other relevant project status trackers
+ Track key performance indicators and create reports and presentations to be delivered to relevant clients and/or stakeholders
+ Utilize and ensure project adherence to our practice's standard project management processes and tools to manage project teams across the entire project life cycle; comply with all engagement reporting requirements; serve as an advocate of project manager principals and standards
+ Manage internal and client facing meeting by creating agendas with clear objectives/roles/time allocations, facilitating the call/meeting, taking notes of decisions and action items
Qualifications:
+ Minimum five years' experience in project or program management in a professional services environment
+ Bachelor's degree in a business field from an accredited college or university is required; PMP, Master's degree, CPA, or JD a plus
+ Demonstrated ability to execute and successfully achieve objectives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with excellent organizational, presentation, communication and meeting facilitation skills
+ Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote and Outlook required; experience with Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Project highly desired
+ Excellent organizational, presentation, communication, meeting facilitation, analytical judgement and supervisory skills; Ability to work effectively with project team members, project sponsors, functional leads, senior management and clients
+ Experience in international tax/transfer pricing projects a plus, not required; Ability travel up to 25% annually
Additional Qualifications for Senior Managers:
+ Minimum eight years' experience in project or program management in a professional services environment
