Job Description

Intel - Granulate is on a mission to help companies scale by removing the compute cost pain and overcoming performance challenges. We’re developing the world’s first autonomous, continuous workload optimization solution, enabling immediate application performance improvements and reduced infrastructure costs by up to 63% - with no code changes required.


Our global sales team is growing and looking for a Manager Sales Development to join us.


As a Manager Sales Development at Intel (Granulate) you will be responsible, but not limited to:

  • Strategize, plan, execute, manage, and optimize pipeline generation programs and activities for Enterprise Accounts.

  • Exceed business targets defined as SQLs.

  • Lead hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, and development of a team of young  Sales Development Representative (SDR) professionals. 

  • You will be reporting to the VP of Sales.

  • Work closely with Sales to identify the outbound target account list and campaigns to build a pipeline.

  • Own Sales Development Enablement to build and implement plans to continuously improve SDR productivity.

  • Provide leadership oversight to the Sales Development teams as well as set expectations with Sales leadership.

  • Develop talent and drive consistent results.

  • Craft sales messaging and scripts for the team.

  • Monitoring and optimizing the teams’ performance and quality of calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages.

  • Working closely with sales to expand qualified accounts.


The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • Strong leadership and influencing skills with demonstrated success in leading high-performing teams in Sales Development or Inside Sales.

  • Consistently achieves or exceeds quarterly quotas.

  • Self-motivated with strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong operational acumen willing to leverage data to make business decisions.

Qualifications


You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.


Minimum Requirements:

The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
5+ years of experience in the following areas:

  • Building and operating enterprise sales development teams in the SaaS industry.

  • Demand and pipeline generation with expertise in outbound target account strategies in SaaS companies.


Preferred Requirements:

5+ years of experience building quality pipeline for software and SaaS businesses growing at 30+ %.

Work Model for this Role

This role is available as fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need.
