Job Description

Intel - Granulate is on a mission to help companies scale by removing the compute cost pain and overcoming performance challenges. We’re developing the world’s first autonomous, continuous workload optimization solution, enabling immediate application performance improvements and reduced infrastructure costs by up to 63% - with no code changes required.


Our sales team is growing and looking for a Sales Development Representative to join us. As a key member of our sales team, you will be working to shape and build the top of the funnel. Much of this work is done through prospecting and managing the balance between strategy and tactics. You will own a designated segment and be partnered with a sales rep. You both will own the pipeline growth of the segment.


As a Sales Development Representative at Intel (Granulate) your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Utilize SalesForce, Outreach.io, Zoominfo, cold calling, and email to generate new sales opportunities.

  • Identify prospect's needs and suggest an appropriate product.

  • Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities.

  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.

  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives.

  • Report to sales manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results.


The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills.

  • Strong desire to move up within a sales organization.

Qualifications


You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. 


Minimum Qualifications:

The candidate must have a BS degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

1+ years of experience in the following areas:

  • SaaS industry with a history of pipeline generation targets.

  • Using professional sales stack (Salesforce, Salesloft or LinkedIn Navigator).

  • Cold outreach.

Work Model for this Role

This role is available as fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need.
