NursingCE (NursingCE.com) a division of Ascend Learning exists to make the credentialing process easier for nurses while providing high quality education targeted specifically to individual state requirements and nursing specialty certifications. NursingCE is an accredited provider for continuing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).
As the Marketing Automation Manager, you will manage and execute customer acquisition, create campaigns that will drive new business, engage existing customers, and strengthen the NursingCE brand. You will leverage and promote the use of best practices in marketing automation and database management. The Marketing Automation Manager is a power user of the marketing technology stack that is utilized to drive effective and innovative digital strategy. As a key member of the marketing team, you will be primarily responsible for building and executing customer journey workflows, integrating digital campaigns, and implementing email automation.This position will work from Leawood, KS office/hybrid location preferred. Remote will be considered.
Responsibilities
Own lead nurture strategy including lead scoring and grading, lead routing rules, landing pages, ad hoc email campaigns, and webinar programs to meet new business goals, cross-sell, and retain current clients
Establish KPIs, set up tagging/tracking, monitor performance, implement tests, and make data-driven optimization recommendations
End-to-end email campaign development: editorial planning, HTML creation, testing, data segmentation, deployment, and performance analysis
Manage data flow between Hubspot and Microsoft Dynamics including data governance and documentation
Have an eye for design and implement strategies to improve UX across all platforms
Ability to build and interpret dashboards to help make data informed business decisions
Stay current and well-versed in data privacy laws, such as CAN-SPAM, CASL, and GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and partner with proper channels to ensure compliance when required
Education & Experience
Bachelors degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
4+ years of technology-driven marketing experience (Hubspot preferred)
Strong HTML, Excel, and project management skills required. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Photoshop, and Google Analytics is a plus
