Manager, Marketing Automation
The Marketing Automation Manager is responsible for the strategy, execution and reporting of all automated marketing activities. This role manages the Marketo platform, advisor subscription center and email campaign execution. The Marketing Automation Manager works closely with marketing managers, editorial and creative partners to develop integrated email campaigns and develop automation that can streamline our communications and advisor service initiatives. As a member of the product ownership team, you must work closely with the agile teams on CRM (sf.com) and analytics to ensure that key intelligence is captured, reported on and that alignment is kept across systems.
Responsibilities:
The management, maintenance and evolution of Marketo platform
Integration roadmap of Marketo with other systems including Salesforce, DOMO, datahub and Analytics Databhub
Create and implement digital marketing automation strategies to create efficiencies, increase leads and improve campaign performance
Ensure email deliverability and engagement best practices are followe
Review and analyze data to identify trends and develop data-driven strategies for our marketing campaigns
Advising and educating editorial and marketing manager partners on channel best practices and emerging capabilities
Job Requirements:
Bachelors Degree
5-7 + years marketing automation experience in Marketo
Marketo Certified Expert preferred, but not required
Responsible for email marketing program development and execution, including segmentation, testing and deployment and continually evaluate these for improvements
In depth knowledge of financial services regulations, Can-spam and email data privacy
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS
Excellent verbal, written, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Self-starter with the organization and time management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to shift priorities according to business needs
Ability to work quickly and independently while under short deadlines with ability to manage job from start to finish
