**Marketing Specialist II**


IMPORTANT TO KNOW:

This is a remote position.

Resource will be paid as a W-2 employee by the staffing supplier.


Position Summary:

This role is responsible for customization and execution of all communication materials for group customer accounts.


Essential Functions Include:

Customization of all marketing content including direct mail pieces, emails, and additional supplemental materials.

Creation of communication

Utilizing reporting and analytics to create and execute successful communication plans

Monitors and tracks all communication tactics in CRM systems including entering planned and approved mail for the year, adding executed mail dates, updating notes on accounts, and ensuring integrity of all other account related data.


This is a remote position within the US.

Resource will be paid as a W-2 employee by the staffing supplier.


Requirements:

Minimum of High School Diploma but Bachelors degree preferred.

Strong attention to detail

Proficient in Microsoft Office especially in Excel and PowerPoint

Adobe Suite not required but would be helpful to have

Salesforce experience a plus!
