Operations Project Consultant - Global Payments - Wire

**Job Description:**
The GPO Payments Support and Enablement Project Consultant provides expertise to GPO, Product, Treasury Fulfillment and Service Operations (TFS&O), and Payments Technology partners. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Production Support Operations related research on issues and requests for payments, remediation support for minor issues, and specific database configuration updates
Maintenance Support and Contingency Testing Coordination of tasks and certifications from Operations teams for site rotations
Wire Database Updates Review, create, and/or update database details related to configuration changes for FED/SWIFT/CHIPS and/or client preferences from GWIM and Small Business
Complex Client Testing and Setups Provide feedback to Product, Sales, and Advisors on potential setups or testing requests from clients, brainstorm on efficiencies, and provide feedback on testing
Required Skills:
Minimum of 1 year of experience with Wire payments, Wire repair, Wire Customer Service, Wire Investigations, Sanctions or other payment operations activities
Working knowledge of Wire, SWIFT, FED, CHIPS
Ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with business stakeholders and gain trust in order guide and influence them
Ability to understand the bigger picture (risks, dependencies)
Cross functional with strong business analysis, problem solving, quality management and organization skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
