Identifies product development and tactical plans based on voice of the customer and industry trends. Maintains financial responsibility for product (s) which included P&L accountability for revenue, profit margins, etc. May act as an individual contributor or may lead a smaller team in developing and/or influencing product strategy and developing and driving products in Cash Management. Provides comprehensive solutions to complex problems or needs. Has extensive technical or functional knowledge of product(s) managed.

The Payment Product Risk Manager will manage risk for a $2B business spanning 37 countries. This is a key role on a dynamic team, in a business undergoing industry transformation and rapid technology change. The risk manager will have regular interaction with senior leadership of the bank and significant international exposure. The team covers both traditional payments like ACH, Wires and FX, as well as new payment types such as Real Time Payments, Wallets, and Tokenized Payments.



The role reports to the Head of Global Payments Product Risk within the Global Transaction Services business.



**Specific responsibilities include:**



+ Set, communicate and document a payments risk framework

+ Identify specific payments product risks and develop controls

+ Develop and produce risk metrics, limits and reporting

+ Lead operational resiliency initiatives

+ Run payments product risk forums and represent payments at senior risk forums

+ Manage internal audits and external regulatory exams

+ Coordinate across individual product management and regional teams, and across functional partners including technology, operations, service, legal, compliance and sales
