The Global Payments Business Manager will set strategy and drive execution for a $2B business spanning 37 countries. This is a high-profile role on a dynamic team, in a business undergoing industry transformation and rapid technology change. The business manager will have regular interaction with senior leadership of the bank and significant international exposure. The team covers both traditional payments like ACH, Wires and FX, as well as new payment types such as Real Time Payments, Wallets, and Tokenized Payments.



The role reports to the Head of Global Corporate Payments within the Global Transaction Services business. Specific responsibilities include:



+ Set and communicate payments strategy.

+ Manage investment planning process.

+ Develop business cases.

+ Support creation of financial plans and forecasts.

+ Drive execution of key initiatives across the organization.

+ Manage payments data and internal reports to executive management.

+ Coordinate across individual product management and regional teams, and across functional partners including sales, technology, operations, service and risk.
