The _TTS LATAM In Business Risk and Control Regional Payments and Receivables Product In-Business Risk Manager_ will report to the TTS LATAM IBRC Head and will be primarily responsible for driving and executing LATAMs Payments and Receivables In-Business Risk and Control strategy throughout the region. The IBRC group is responsible for supporting the day-day business execution needs related to the TTS Operational Risk and Control environment, as part of Citis first line of defense.
This position maintains expertise across all risk stripes and interpret how it applies to the product set. It will act in partnership with regional IBRC, cluster/country IBRC and Product management teams and will provide support and facilitate the execution of activities that are control intensive in nature, require subject matter expertise and demand focus on timely execution and coordination with second line of defense regarding new product approval processes. It will also liaison with TTS OPS and TTS Technology on the definition of priorities from a technological plan perspective and support the coordination of new local regulatory requirements between the teams.
**Key responsibilities:**
The key areas of responsibility of the role are:
+ Drive the Payments and Receivables (P&R) in-business risk strategy within the Region and ensure it is aligned to TTS and ICG strategy globally
+ Enhance the LATAM Payments and Receivables In-Business Risk organization design and alignment with product, clusters, sales, and O&T teams to deliver best-in-class risk management and controls
+ Lead and develop the Payments and Receivables Product Risk and Control team
+ Leverage partnership with 2nd and 3rd line Risk, Legal, Compliance and Internal Audit teams
+ Raise the level of risk management and controls awareness in Global Payments and Receivables and promote the embeddedness of Conduct risk management.
+ Support and facilitate the execution of the following processes oriented to risk and control mitigation, for Payments and Receivables products across the Latin America Region:
+ BRCC
+ Act as central point of escalations for Payments and Receivables related matters into the regional BRCC.
+ Provide SME expertise to the Cluster/Country IBRC teams in product specific discussions, also liaison with the regional product management team and global Product IBRC team on relevant matters.
+ NPAC
+ Assess risk and document assessments, as required in relation to new/modified TTS P&R products
+ Provide supporting documentation and secure required endorsements/approvals
+ Identify and escalate potential breaches
+ Support the PAC team from the product perspective to meet the regulatory requirements related to the approval of new products
+ FIAT
+ Evaluate Fraud Risk pertaining to new/modified P&R products
+ Prepare Fraud Risk Assessment documentation/presentations
+ Enhance documentation if needed and secure required approvals
+ AML / NPA Process
+ Identify AML trends / concerns and work with Product and Operations to escalate promptly for corrective actions
+ Assist Product teams in completion AML Risk Assessments per section 8.3 AML Risk Assessment of the Global AML Policy.
+ Assist TTS LATAM IBRC NPA Coordinator and TTS AML Global Team in the update of NPA procedures.
+ Participate in the local forums where a new, modified or expanded product is presented
+ Ensure that the Business Sponsor or delegate, submit the NPA Risk Assessment in the AML NPA System for review and disposition
+ Assist Business Sponsor in defining if a new initiative is In-Scope or Out-of-Scope category per Section 2.2 and 2.3 of the Global AML NPA Standard.
+ Follow up on "draft" risk assessments or expire assessment for requesting an extension.
+ Sanctions
+ Identify trends / concerns and work with business and operational managers to document the respective corrective action plans
+ Work closely with Product and Operations to ensure any sanctions related corrective actions are implemented on a timely fashion
+ PIA
+ Provide general guidance and documents the Privacy Assessment (PIA)
+ Act as the point of contact with the global TTS In-Business Privacy Officer (IBPO)
+ Payments Systems Risk Management (PSRM)
+ Advise Product Managers in the processes and controls related to PSRM (if applicable)
+ Third Party Management (TPM)
+ Provide local support to Product Managers in TPM activities and controls
+ P&R Product Approval Process / Local Country Addenda
+ Support Product Managers in securing approvals on new PAP/LCA
+ Ensure the timely approval of all Payments and Receivables related PAPs in LATAM
+ Regulatory Agenda
+ Support the coordination of the regulatory agenda from a regional perspective, for the P&R Products, including the discussion of priorities with the regional product
+ Drive prioritization discussion on regulatory related projects
+ Coordinate with TTS OPS on process flow / improvements
+ Identification of processes that require adaptation or present opportunities for improvement
+ Act as a single point of contact between Product, IBRC and OPS teams for the dimensioning of efforts, prioritization, and determination of change feasibility on Payments and Receivables related matters.
+ Training
+ Support IBRC on training product teams on P&R IBRC related topics
+ TTS Payments and Receivables Product Execution
+ Support the creation of control frameworks to assess the post-launch/execution of new TTS Payments and Receivables related Products across the region.
+ Identify risk areas and provide measurable results on areas of opportunity, early detection of potential execution issues
+ Propose adequate solutions and effectively communicate for cross-learning

Knowledge/Experience:
+ Education: Bachelors Degree, Masters Degree or equivalent preferred
+ 10+ years of related experience in product management, business risk, control & compliance functions.
