The Trade Sales and Client Management team is responsible for end-to-end execution of deals across Structured Products such as Payables Finance, Trade Finance, Sales Finance, as well as Traditional Trade Products (SBLC, Export/Import LC, and Open Accounts). A Client Manager is responsible for the growth of the portfolio by seamless execution of deals, advising clients on new opportunities as well as developing cross-sell new products with existing Trade clients. The Client Management team provides unique opportunity to work across all Trade products while working in a fast-paced client facing environment with direct responsibility for wallet penetration and revenue growth.


**The assignment provides an opportunity to:**


+ Work in a high performing team with direct P&L responsibility

+ Manage and develop relationships with Fortune 2000 companies

+ Structure and execute Trade deals across products working closely with Product Management, Risk and Banking teams

+ Develop high-impact strategies to better position Trade products in response to shifts in client needs, markets, competition and future aspirations


**Key Responsibilities:**


+ Support a team of senior Trade bankers and sales / client managers in creating sales pitches, conduct analyses, construct deal memorandum and other deal related tasks

+ Structure global trade deals customized to large corporate clients needs and objectives in coordination with partner teams

+ Model client transactions to help structure deals to measure overall impact to the relationship and Trade P&L

+ Lead the client engagement post mandate and become single point of contact for client/internal partners throughout lifecycle of the Trade relationship with the client

+ Cross-sell other Trade products to existing Trade clients currently using one or more products

+ Manage the internal credit process/approvals

+ Manage portfolio of transactions, including tracking of asset and P&L performance

+ Negotiate Legal documentation with clients

+ Coordinate with implementation, onboarding, regional partners and product development to deliver seamless solution to client

+ Build robust active program pipeline, and track items moving to closure for existing and new programs

+ Negotiate pricing and contracts and ensure all supplier documentation/agreements are completed and KYC/Due Diligence is performed

+ Develop and tailor marketing programs in support of acquisition strategies


**Job Qualifications:**


+ Bachelors/University degree

+ 2+ years of related experience in Banking, Trade Client Management / Sales or Product a plus

+ Exceptional client management, presentation organizational, and negotiation skills

+ Solid understanding and experience in Risk Management and Credit

+ Financial modeling and analysis skills with advanced Excel and Power point knowledge

+ Problem-solving creativity - diligence & resourcefulness

+ Ability to work across functions and strong interpersonal skills

+ Ability to effectively synthesize complex business issues

+ Experience in delivering results and meeting financial targets
