What You Will Do



Were searching for a dedicated, self-directed and experienced PPC Manager to join our Marketing Team to coordinate and execute our SEO/SEM and paid social media strategy. They will be responsible for effectively leading projects from ideation to completion and will be accountable for results achieved. This person will be responsible for identifying opportunities and executing projects to further improve our companys online presence through organic search (SEO), paid search (SEM), and paid social programs. Proven experience in these disciplines and strong collaboration skills are required for this position.



Your Day-to-Day Essential Duties



  • Manage, review, and perform daily account responsibilities associated with Google Ads, Bing and other search engine and social media platforms.



  • Maintain and monitor keyword bids and audience targeting.



  • Manage daily and monthly budget spend.



  • Manage the creation of keyword lists.



  • Perform keyword research and competitive analysis.



  • Provide creative copy suggestions.



  • Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword and audience opportunities, campaign structure, and targeting.



  • Provide oversight and manage new paid search and social media campaigns, and ad groups, and aid in the creation of paid search marketing initiatives.



  • Provide oversight, manage, and be able to generate weekly and monthly reporting for senior stakeholders.



  • Keep pace with search engine and PPC industry trends and developments.



  • Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels.



What You Bring to the Team



  • Bachelors degree in a related field



  • Agency experience considered a strong asset



  • Minimum of five-seven (5-7) years of search experience including SEO & paid search



  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns and other PPC platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Bing etc.)



  • Prior experience in content marketing, content growth, SEO and website optimization tools



  • Deep understanding of core drivers of onsite and offsite SEO success



  • Strong grasp of SEM strategy: research, campaign structure, measurement and optimization



  • Excellent analytical, written and oral communication skills



  • Proven ability to prioritize, organize, and multi-task in a flexible and fast paced environment



  • HubSpot, Salesforce and construction industry knowledge would be an asset



Physical Demands and Work Environment:



  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the working day



  • Needs to occasionally move about the office to communicate with staff and attend meetings



  • Constantly operates a computer



  • Frequently communicates verbally with peers and management



  • Must be able to analyze detail close-up
