**What youll achieve**

As a Service Delivery Engineer, you will provide world-class delivery support to our customers by building an in-depth knowledge of our customers priorities and initiatives and becoming a trusted advisor that avoids customer impact and facilitates continuous improvement. You will identify potential sales and growth opportunities and will partner with key stakeholders to maximize these prospects.

Be responsible for service delivery costs, service level and coordination of resources

Develop and maintain direct customer and broader service delivery relationships

Assist in implementing delivery management process improvements

Target opportunities for growth within the customer environment

**Essential Requirements**


+ Solid experience in server technologies, basic IT infrastructure and local area communication networks (LAN); Advanced knowledge and experience in analyzing and troubleshooting x86 servers with RedHat and CentOS operating systems

+ Bachelors degree (or Masters or Doctorate) in Computing OR Information Technology OR Engineering

+ Advanced knowledge and experience in installation and administration for TORQUE, Slurm, Zabbix e Puppet

+ Skilled in xCAT, OpenMPI, Puppet, Ansible, Grafana, Kibana, Docker, Singularity, JypyterHub, JupyterLab, MLFlow, Gitlab

+ Advanced knowledge and experience in administrating protocols TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS and NFS. Knowledge of IPMI and NDMP protocols.

+ Experience with Linux Containers, Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) and certifications in **ITIL and RHCE**


**Desirable Requirements**


+ Trained in Installation, Configuration, Administration and Monitoring of High Performance Network, File Systems and Storage Systems.

+ Intermediate level in English (reading, writing and speaking) to interpret manuals, media, messages and communicate with foreign suppliers, if necessary.
