Position Description:

Principal IT Business Systems Analyst - Sales Enablement for Medtronic, Inc. located in Mounds View, MN. Coordinates with CVG Sales, Marketing and Commercial Operations to understand their critical business needs and translate those into business and technical requirements. Coordinates projects that enhance existing processes/technologies as well as work on new efforts that align with CVG strategic imperatives. Focuses on Salesforce.com (SFDC) and its linked systems to include customer relationship mgmt. (CRM) systems. Understands and coordinates the requirements, design, development, configuration, implementation, testing and support Medtronics salesforce.com platform. Possesses strong knowledge of the Salesforce.com platform and experience with Salesforce administration. Possesses robust knowledge of Visualforce Pages, Classes, Triggers and Lightning Components to help produce new designs and trouble shoot issues. Possesses Salesforce integrations knowledge and Coordinates integrating enterprise applications with salesforce.com using technologies such as XML, webservices, REST APIs with informatica cloud or middleware integration. Support Salesforce Technical Releases using change sets. Create and maintain SOPs, Work instructions and other quality documents. Leverages knowledge from being a Salesforce Certified Administrator.


Basic Qualifications:

Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Software Engineering, Information Technology, Management Information Systems or Computer Science and five (5) years experience with CRM package applications. Must possess two (2) years of experience with each of the following: conducting design, development, configuration, implementation, and support with a Salesforce.com platform; supporting Salesforce.com administration, creating and managing reports and dashboards; support Visualforce Pages, Classes, Controllers and Triggers; support enterprise application integration with salesforce.com using XML, REST and SOAP based webservices with informatica cloud or middleware integration; support Salesforce Technical Releases using Change Set; and support creating SOPs, work instructions and quality documents. The following certification is required: Salesforce Certified Administrator.
