**About the Team**


Our Sales Analytics & Insights team is looking for Senior Sales Analyst who is passionate about driving sales performance and has analytical and multi-task abilities to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


You will support our team and partners across the enterprise to ensure that projects & initiatives are on track, and that requirements are not missed. You will also execute analysis, research, and solution development to aid the Online Business in attaining sales targets and setting future goals. You will have an intimate knowledge of the current state of the business, current technology, and implement plans to achieve the desired future state.


**About the Job**


This position uses advanced analytics and strategic thought leadership to drive growth across our online broadband portfolio. Priorities include support of new and ongoing sales initiatives, as well as analysis and insights to help form, optimize, and evolve our Online Consumer Broadband acquisitions strategy. The individual will be expected to work closely with key partners to perform root-cause, statistical, and other data-analysis techniques to collect and explore data, uncover trends, and deliver business insight and recommendations that create value for the business.


**Responsibilities and Day-to-Day View**


+ Expected to lead large, complex, cross-functional analytics projects that may span across multiple business units, and analytics teams

+ Advises business partners and leadership with regards to patterns and relationships in data to recommend business direction or outcomes

+ Gathers, analyzes, and interprets a wide variety of data to make predictions on future outcomes or identify differences in relationships amount sources of information

+ Develops reports, charts, tables, and other visual aids in support of findings

+ Develop solid understanding of data sources and structure

+ Work with media teams, analytics, product, and sales to improve operational performance

+ Drive requirements to automate and build self-service solutions for routine reporting requests, e.g., Executive Reporting Dashboard, User Story intake, etc.

+ Work with product/media managers and digital marketing teams to optimize end-to-end sales performance of the site

+ Measure campaign effectiveness with respect to channels

+ Advocate for site, data, and tagging quality


**Required Qualifications**


+ Significant experience working in web analytics is very desirable

+ Deep technical knowledge (SQL coding experience) and analytical skills to interpret data results (Power BI/Tableau experience). Experience with Tableau highly preferred.

+ Bachelors degree in a quantitative field (finance, mathematics, economics, statistics, computer science, electrical engineering, physics, Marketing Information Systems (MKIS), etc.) or equivalent experience

+ Strong Excel skills are required, along with experience managing large, complex data sets

+ Typically possess strong understanding of internal business segments or stakeholders and strong presentation skills

+ Experience in presentation design, development, delivery, and communication skills to present analytical results and recommendations

+ Ability to effectively manage and balance priorities for long-term projects and short-term ad-hoc requests

+ Strong understanding of internal business segments and stakeholders

+ Experience within high tech, software and/or wireless/telecom industry highly desired

+ Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud or Google Analytics

+ Proven ability to lead initiatives without having direct managerial control

+ Strong analytical skills and the ability to convert consumer insights and performance data into high impact product initiatives

+ Proactive and anticipatory problem solver

+ Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)


**Preferred Qualifications**


+ Python, R, PowerBI, SAS, and other BI software

+ MBA, analytics or consulting Background

+ Experience with A/B, multivariate testing
