We are looking for you to join our team as an Embedded Software Control Account Manager. Our success is grounded in our ability to embrace change, move quickly and continuously drive innovation.

The successful candidate will:

+ Be collaborative, open, transparent, and team-oriented with a focus on team empowerment & shared responsibility, flexibility, continuous learning, and a culture of automation.
+ Supporting the continued operation and maintenance of a functioning earned value management system in collaboration with subject matter experts in internal surveillance, compliance, business systems and tools.
+ Collaborating with Program Management and Business Management to ensure program startup and execution that is consistent with EVMS policies and procedures.
+ Collaborating with the Engineering and Sciences organization and program management to share feedback on the overall status and effectiveness of EVM system execution, including process and tool issues and training needs of the program.

**Basic Qualifications:**

+ Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in science, engineering, or related discipline with 5 years of experience; or 3 years of relevant experience with a Masters (MS) degree; or 0 years with a PhD; **-** An additional 4 years of relevant experience/education can be considered in lieu of a Bachelors Degree
+ CAM/EVMS experience / Certification
+ Must be a US Citizen and have the ability to obtain and maintain DoD Secret Clearance

**Preferred** **Qualifications:**

+ Experience in the use of Model Based Engineering (MBE) tools such as Matlab/Simulink to develop and test real-time safety-critical model based applications.
+ CNI Waveform experience
+ Green Hills RTOS
+ Atlassian tools/JIRA experience
+ Simulink expertise
+ Scripting, e.g. auto-code generation
+ Jenkins/Python experience
+ Knowledge using GIT ClearQuest or other software management and workflow automation tools.
+ Experience in testing and writing test case experience (I&T)

MSSDEN

Salary Range: $101,400.00 - $152,200.00

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
