Infosys is seeking a UC Lead. This position you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty; be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued.

Required Qualifications:
Candidate must be located within the United States. This position may require travel in the US.
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 4 years of Information Technology experience
Experience with Unified Communication

Preferred Qualifications:
At least 4 years of experience with MS Teams along with Enterprise Voice
Extensive knowledge and experience on design and deployment of Microsoft Teams
Experience of working on at least one Skype to Teams migration & deployment project
Minimum of 3 years of experience with SBC, Teams Direct routing, Dial Plan, Normalization rules
Minimum of 3 years of experience with VOIP Protocols (SIP, H.323), SIP, Networking
Expertise in troubleshooting end-to-end business critical issues, which include network services and components, integrated (with other solutions) video and audio conferences etc. He/she should have expertise and experience in working on end-to-end monitoring and reporting tools (like EventZero, SCOM, Solarwinds, Netscout, Cisco Prime, TMS etc) in the Unified communication domain.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
