Infosys is seeking a DevOps Engineer. This position will add value to a gamut of Software Development life cycle stages; will create detailed design artifacts like program specifications, test plans; and independently develop and review code and contribute to the go-live plan. Required Qualifications:
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Austin, TX or Sunnyvale, CA or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US.
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 2 years of Information Technology experience
Experience with DevOps
Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle
Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies

Preferred Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience of working on Application Contaneirization by developing Dockerfiles and Container orchestration using Kubernetes for advanced installation, configuration and deployments
At least 2 years of experience in designing and implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solution to automate infrastructure deployments using tools like Ansible/ Docker / Kubernetes etc.
Analytical skills
Technical Skills.
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
Ability to work in team environment and client interfacing skills

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
