**Required Skills**



It requires a minimum of 7 to 10 years testing experience in the Financial Services Industry and the candidate must have worked on an Agile team for a minimum of 3 years. Expert knowledge in JIRA and HP ALM is a must. Test automation experience using Selenium or UFT is required. In addition to having the required technical skillset, the candidate needs to have good communication and verbal skills. The successful candidate will be a QA lead of an existing Agile team that supports the Institutional Retirement platform/applications. The position /role requires the team member to participate in all Agile ceremonies (Sprint, Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective). The team member is required to develop test strategies, test plans and execute manual/automation test cases/scripts (this includes functional and regression scripts), report/track defects using HP ALM, perform test data management and create/share status reports to the project and the management teams with clear project status tracking details. The testing responsibilities include System Integration Test (SIT), API and Post Production Validation (PPV) testing during the GWIM monthly releases. The candidate should be able to covert functional test scripts into automation.

$76,500 - $117,300

annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
