**Job Description:**



**Required Skills**



+ 5-7 years minimum experience on QA Functional & Automation testing background with strong analytical skills, ability to decompose requirements into testable cases covering positive, negative, variety of data scenarios

+ 5-7 years of Experience in testing backend only services, integrations with upstream / downstream systems - Development / automation coding expertise a plus with demonstration of technical skills; specific technology is not important as most QA can move between different types of applications

+ Exposure to Web service testing. This includes strong understanding of XML schema, tools that support testing web service interface, JSON - SME SQL skills including complex query writing

+ Ability to review schema to gain understanding of db structure, ability to use variety of SQL tools to accomplish required testing

+ Automation skills required using automation tools beyond recording features, Selenium potential if strong in other skillsets



**Desired Skills**



+ Prior technology experience in the Brokerage industry preferably in Retail Wealth Management

+ Prior Experience in Managing offshore Team members

+ Prior experience in automation testing Selenium

+ Prior experience in implementing process improvement opportunity in testing by following practices such as RBT and Optimization

+ Prior experience in software development or knowledge of databases

+ Prior experience working with an Agile based development team

+ Prior experience of working with globally distributed teams
