**Job Description:**
Key individual contributor will be Functional Test lead and will be responsible for testing application in Agile model.
+ Responsible for in sprint testing, Regression testing and Defect Management
+ Brings a testing mindset to the team and is responsible for ensuring all testing functions support the delivery of complex software requirements to accomplish business outcomes
+ Ensures that software is tested to meet functional, non-functional, and compliance requirements
+ Develops detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test cases based on functional, non-functional, and compliance requirements
+ Leads test planning, usually at a team level. When part of a Scrum team, ensures stories are well refined and contains clear acceptance criteria
+ Ensures in-scope and out-of-scope items are clearly identified during test planning. And be able to help with pointing of the stories
+ Implements the test framework for the team
+ Leads test case reviews and works with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure test coverage
+ Participates in triaging reported issues/defects and assists with resolving or escalating them as necessary
+ Ensures all QE best practices are utilized and adhered to resulting in the highest quality deliverable as possible
+ Executes test cases, including manual and automated tests, and records test results
+ Reports issues and defects along with the appropriate background information for review

+ Experience with JIRA
+ SQL/Database experience
+ Manual and Automation testing/Tosca
+ Able to apply test strategies
+ Familiar with Accessibility testing
+ Functional testing and database testing experience.
+ Ability to complete assigned tasks as scheduled
+ Ability to provide testing status/reporting
+ Ability to adapt to change
+ Quick Learner
+ Works well with others/Team contributor/individual contributor
+ Clear communicator (written and verbal)
+ Ability to focus on deadlines and deliverables
+ 3+ years of QA experience
