Opportunity:



This remote position is responsible for leading andoptimizing DeVry Universitys inquiry generation and conversion strategy.



This includes managing agency and internal resources to drive continuous conversion rate improvement.

Responsible for executing CRO activities by proposing hypotheses, implementing tests, and providing measurement, analysis, and recommendations.




Responsibilities:



  • Lead all CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) activities by proposing hypotheses, implementing tests, and providing measurement, analysis, and recommendations to drive continuous conversion rate improvements, configure goals,triggers, tracking snippets, etc.using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, as well as CRO tools like Google Optimize, Optimizely, etc.



  • Setup A|B tests on our platforms Google Optimize and others.



  • Coordinate w/ design & development weekly



  • Build a backlog of test hypotheses and work with the Director, Website Strategy & Performance to prioritize and schedule a roadmap of tests.



  • Document all split test findings and create a repository



  • Additional tasks related to CRO needed in support cross functional colleagues



Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in marketing, Masters a plus.



  • Minimum of 5 years marketing experience required; as well as managing staff and or agency resources.



  • Strong management/supervisory background, professional presentation skills, demonstrated leadership abilities in order to implement planned campaign roll outs.Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)



  • Organized



  • Strong leadership skills



  • 5+ years of CRO experience



  • 5+ years of A/B testing experience



  • Expert knowledge of UX/UI best practices



  • Html/CSS/Java knowledge a huge plus



  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills are essential, as position involves extensive contact with co-management and internal/external customers.



  • In-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and financial principles.



  • Extensive web site management/creative experience.



  • Ability to travel approximately 10%.
