About the Role
The Sales Manager will report to the Chief Commercial Officer of RD Holdings and be responsible for overseeing all operations of the Client Success department including ownership of revenues forecasts and associated strategies that drive company growth, increase share and create/enhance brand recognition. The Sales Manager will be expected to think strategically with strong leadership and mentorship skills in driving a highly disciplined and successful client facing organization. Accountable for quantitative results related to revenue capture as well as qualitative measures related to client satisfaction.
Key Role Responsibilities
Sales Manager is critically responsible for the recruiting, training, and development of the Client Success (CS) team.
Sales Manager is accountable for revenue forecasting and performance management of CS team against revenue goal attainment.
Manage all client contracting negotiations and/or additions of incremental scopes of work (SOW) as new revenues are captured by the sales team.
Maintain adequate tracking and monitoring of client contracts and Scope of Work (SOW) documents to ensure adherence to terms, pricing agreements and budgeted spending.
Serve as the key voice in the market for RetailData and as such the Sales Manager is responsible for the RetailData brand image with client and prospects in the industry.
Monitor lead generation and funnel management of sales team to ensure leads are actively worked and dispositioned as required.
Maintain accurate reporting of all active clients and new business development efforts for the Chief Commercial Officer.
Additional projects pending skills and aspirations.
What we are looking for:
Bachelor's Degree (5+ years work experience preferred)
Prior experience in B2B client facing capacity a must
Experience in structuring B2B commercial agreements preferred
Prior experience in sales using lead management systems such as HubSpot desired
Must be exceptionally detailed-oriented and organized
Power user of Microsoft Office Products (excel, word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.)
