**What youll achieve**
As a **Principal Engineer** you will provide presales technical expertise and implementation of complex solutions for OS Imaging, SCCM, Intune, Auto Pilot Pre-provisioning, Azure, Win10 migration and provide technical input into bid proposals, external customers, projects, and technical documents within the sales & delivery process.
**You will:**
+ Provide subject matter expertise to external customer, sales, and delivery teams
+ Implement & Deliver projects to external customers and help with technical aspects of featured CSG Services
+ Collaborate regularly with the delivery & sales organization and prioritize and drive client/enterprise CGG business in assigned region.
+ Support client/enterprise services sales efforts.

**Essential Requirements**
+ 12 + years experience in IT field
+ Expert level knowledge Planning Implementation & Troubleshooting (SCCM, Intune, Azure, Win 10 Migration, Application Packaging, UEM, MS Auto Pilot, Bit locker/MBAM).
+ Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks.
+ Able to identify and fix system performance issues or provide root cause to respective teams. Understand System Hardware and its workings in detail.
+ Experience in troubleshooting OS image related issues. Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies.
+ Knowledge on Intune and migration from Onprem AD, SCCM to Intune. AD to Intune GP migration experience. Autopilot and AP Pre-provisioning setup experience
**Desirable Requirements**
+ Bachelors degree (Preferably in IT)
+ Strong level of UEM solutions and technical knowledge. Experience working with sales and external customers
