**About Business Unit:**
The Global Remote Delivery Team (EUC) operates in the Application Packaging and Infrastructure Migration space (Messaging, Active Directory, Office 365 etc.) with the delivery teams spread across Bangalore and Hyderabad. Working at the cutting edge, we design and develop Application Packages, ensure compatibility with all the latest releases of Microsoft Windows (Client and Server) OS and assist customers in the consolidation and migration of their Infrastructure environments.
As a Solutions Architecture Engineer 1, you will be responsible for helping customers with their Application Services related needs. Working at the cutting edge, we design, package (AdminStudio, PowerShell, VB Scripting) and deploy Application services, leveraging the latest Modern Device Management tools (SCCM, Workspace One). You will work with external customers on Application services and software distribution, which will also include configure, execute, monitor and fix various deployment policies.

**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Designs, authors, tests, documents, and debugs application packages according to customer standards, policies, and procedures.
+ Deploy and test applications using Microsoft Intune, VMWare Workspace One & Microsoft SCCM
+ Packages medium / complex complexity applications.
+ Creates documentation on all work and authors knowledge documents.
+ Manages work tasks with limited input from senior engineers.
+ Assists Associates with medium complexity packaging problems.
+ Follows standard practices and procedures.
+ Ensures quality of all packages produced by carrying out quality checks.
+ Creates technical training content related to Application Services.
**Essential Requirements:**
+ 2 to 4 years of relevant experience
+ Strong understanding of Windows Client & Server OS (e.g., Win 10, Win Server etc.)
+ Excellent understanding of the Windows Installer Concepts (MSI), Application Virtualization Concepts (App-V), AppVolumes, Citrix App Layering, MSIX
+ Excellent Application Packaging Troubleshooting (evaluating log files, remediations etc.)
+ Expertise with PowerShell & VB Scripting related packaging (PSADT etc.)
+ Good Knowledge of application deployment on SCCM, Intune & VM Workspace One
+ Good understanding of Windows Installer Toolset (AdminStudio / InstallShield / WIX)
+ Excellent Written & Verbal communication skills
