Job Duties: Responsible for systems analysis, design, development, integration, enhancement, and deployment as well as application support for various applications. Monitors, administers, develop, oversee, and enhance platforms and applications. Work on projects that may span a broad range of systems. Consult in the project planning process with customers, IT business analysts, architects and team members. Organize and document technical requirements. Create technical design specifications and assists in sizing technical requirements. Work with customers to develop and analyze application packages and tools and determine optimum functionality requirements to meet those needs. Evaluate new application packages and tools. Develop multiple recommendations for solutions. Evaluate existing applications and platform and provides recommendations for system enhancements by conducting gap analysis, identifying feasible alternative solutions, and assisting in the scope of modifications. Lead the deployment of new modules, upgrades, and fixes. Implement integration plans. Interface with testing teams to incorporate plans into integration testing process. Define, develop, or modify software application modules or enterprise wide software systems using disciplined development processes. Identify better sources of data feeds and interfaces with architects to ensure their feasibility with corporate data warehouse, when needed. Document functions and changes to new or modified modules, test activities/results and other areas such as error handling and backup/recovery procedures.


Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field followed by 10 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or 10 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in a related occupation. Experience must include the following: 1) Programming languages: SAP ABAP and PI Development; 2) Monitoring, Application Administration activities using NetWeaver Administrator; 3) SAP Development Design Best practices; 4) SAP PI Architecture; 5) SAP PI Transports and deployments and other areas concerned to SAP Integration; 6) Adapters - HTTP/SOAP/REST/JMS/File/IDoc/ABAP Proxy/B2B; 7) skills or experience in following technologies - SAP Business Suite, Success Factors, Ariba, Solution Manager, Gateway, SAPUI5, Web UI, Fiori, SAP Mobile Platform, HANA Database, HANA Cloud Technologies, Business Workflow, ABAP, Cloud Platform Integration, Java, Enterprise Portal, Web Dynpro, Process Orchestration, Process Integration, Business Process Management; 8) SAP HR applications/products SAP, Success Factors, or other SaaS products.
