Are you interested in using your analytical skills to understand what the customer thinks of AT&T, its products, services, and processes? Then this position may be for you. This role sits within the Mass Market organization under Customer Advocacy and Service. Key focus areas will be supporting CX Research for the Consumer and Small Business areas in the creation of study cohorts for survey purposes, analysis of survey results, dashboard creation and readouts. We are looking for a talented individual with strong SQL skills with preferred working knowledge of SQL Assistant, Palantir, Teradata and Qualtrics. Customer Experience and/or Research experience is helpful.


The Senior Advanced Analytics role will serve in partnership with strategist and researchers to coordinate construction, deployment, analysis, and result readouts of surveys geared to understanding how to improve customer experience. Technical acumen is necessary to ensure the correct cohort is being surveyed to answer the desired question. They proactively assess results with a critical eye to ensure data nuances do not lead to incorrect insights/recommendations. The candidate must employ design thinking in determining how best to communicate results, insights and recommendations. They are an avid self-learner who will need to fill knowledge gaps in data sources and technology to get project completed. Ability to communicate effectively and appropriately across various technical and non-technical audiences.


**As the successful candidate you will:**


+ Identify and create relevant survey cohorts to gain insight into the customers experience, satisfaction, and behavior.

+ Analyze survey findings and summarize key points into appropriate presentation method (i.e., Dashboard, PowerPoint)

+ Projects include customer behavior and base segmentation, campaign optimization, lifecycle analytics, and data visualization.

+ Advise business partners with regards to results to recommend business direction or outcomes

+ 5-8 years relevant, related experience

+ Experience in advanced analytics field

+ SQL, Palantir, Teradata, R and/or SAS experience desired

+ Ability to translate complex analysis into simplified actionable insights

+ Bachelors degree in STEM; MBA or Graduate Degree preferred
