**Description** The Senior Data and Reporting Professional generates ad hoc reports, dashboards, and automations for our home-operations customers primarily focusing on productivity data, using system tools and database or data warehouse queries and scripts. This senior professional will work on assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. **Responsibilities** **Location:** remote The Senior Data and Reporting Professional will proactively identify any data integrity issues, build customer-centric visualizations, and seek data opportunities for the team and customers. This professional integrates data from multiple sources to produce requested or required data elements. Programs and maintains report forms and formats, information dashboards, data generators, canned reports and other end-user information portals or resources. May create specifications for reports based on business requests. + Develop and establish strong and effective working relationships with Home Operation leadership and other departments + Derive observations and insights from metrics to support and improve clinical operations + Conduct independent research necessary to fully understand and correctly utilize the required clinical data + Design, development, and deliver of operational reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc requests + Redesign existing dashboard designs to be more intuitive and customer-centric + Collect and document business requirements for reporting and analysis initiatives + Create and maintain reporting data maps and visualizations to demonstrate linkage between data elements. + Will require work samples **Required Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree + 5 or more years of technical experience in data reporting OR Master's degree with 3 or more years of technical experience in data and reporting + 3 or more years of professional experience in SQL + 2 or more years of experience creating dashboards using Power BI + Ability to code in Dax + Proven experience creating customer-centric dashboards, and thinking out of the box to present data in a way that is intuitive to end users + Experience working with big and complex data sets within large organizations + Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple or competing priorities + Strong analytical and problem solving skills **Preferred Qualifications** + Masters level degree or certification in Business Administration (MBA), Data/Business Analytics, Computer Science, Data Visualization, Statistics, or Data Science + Artistic and Creative **Additional Information** Humana is an organization with careers that change lives-including yours.
