+ Candidate will work a hybrid schedule after training- ability to work 2 - 3 days in office/at home

**Job details:**


+ Provides financial analyses, reports, and recommendations to senior management and others; develops and reviews annual budgets.

+ Provides advanced analytical reports and recommendations based upon complex business transactions. Accountable for the development, analysis, and creation of standard and ad-hoc financial reports based upon data of varying degrees of complexity from within and outside of the company.

+ Plays a key role in developing and reviewing all aspects of the annual budget.

+ Assists in addressing ad hoc requests from staff, members, and others.

+ Creates and recommends operational changes/modifications of business practices based upon historical and predictive data.

+ Creates assessments of revenue generation, cash flow needs, budget performance against plan, and proposes corrective actions where necessary.

+ Assists with the development and maintenance of the strategic financial models.

+ May assist with the development and deployment of pricing modeling for products and services.

+ Effectively optimizes reporting capabilities through financial systems enhancements and the implementation of best practices of GAAP and the companys financial policy requirements.


**Job requirements:**


+ Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university with a concentration in Finance, Accounting, Economics, and/or Business Administration.

+ At least two years experience working in a finance or accounting role, which must have included responsibility for one or more of the following: budgeting, report creation, financial analysis, audit, and/or accounting.

+ High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, lookups, conditional statements, etc.); Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
