Alvarez and Marsal (A&M) is seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Coordinator to join our Global Marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a marketer to help grow the firm's online presence through videos and podcasts. This person will primarily be responsible for project managing the creation and distribution of corporate videos and podcasts for the firm's business units and industry teams. This person will also be responsible for executing on the campaigns including social content creation and distribution, web content creation, email creation and distribution, thought leadership production and related tasks. This person will need to be capable of working in a dynamic environment, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and proactively make recommendations for improvements. Overall attention to quality, process and client first service is the primary focus.

Essential Functions

  • Work with Senior Marketing Manager and vendors on creation of podcasts and videos.

  • Work closely with Global Marketing team members and clients to develop and execute marketing campaign components - emails, social posts, internal/external communications, web pages, reports/analytics, white papers, etc.

  • Responsible for campaign initiation and project management including responsibilities related to campaign team member (internal and external) communication regarding assignments, associated deadlines and related expectations to obtain their agreement before initiating campaign execution.

  • Deliver excellent customer service, providing timely responses to client requests.

  • Utilize multiple technology platforms to execute and report on campaign performance - Podcast Hosting Platform, YouTube, Pardot, Social Studio, Datorama, Drupal and others.

  • Provide thorough quality control, ensuring that the guidelines for branding, content and formatting are used and properly applied to all deliverables and assets.


Required Experience


  • 5+ years of experience working in a corporate marketing function within a global enterprise, or experience within a marketing agency.

  • Proven experience managing the production and distribution of podcasts and videos.

  • Experience doing light editing of podcasts and videos using Adobe Premiere Pro.

  • Experience distributing content through YouTube and podcast platforms.

  • Proven track record of supporting multiple clients with unique needs and requirements.

  • Comprehensive understanding of marketing campaign structures, best practices and project planning and management techniques.

  • Experience working directly with designers and writing concise design briefs.

  • Must have email marketing experience (Pardot experience is preferred)

  • Experience creating social posts and distributing social content through social content managements system such as Social Studio and Hootsuite.

  • Experience organizing and analyzing campaign results with the ability to discern campaign engagement trends, concerns and opportunities for improvements.

  • Demonstrated success executing multifaceted campaigns that include components such as web, email, digital advertising (Google, LinkedIn) and social media.

  • Bonus points for experience using CMS platforms, such as Drupal.
