Role and Responsibilities
We are seeking a Senior Specialist, Risk Management. As a Senior Specialist, Risk Management, you will constantly monitor finance risk areas and present analysis and results to internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Detect unusual transactions by routine analysis and reviewing of Finance, Service, Logistics through various auditing methods and Early Warnings
- Process Audit for NAHQ Subsidiaries
- Review Risk Assessment tool(s) and make necessary updates to mitigate potential risks
- Report to Senior Manager to develop audit test steps and can assume responsibility for key process areas of moderate complexity
Skills and Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills and Education Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree (in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field), required
- At least 4 years of experience in controls, audit, risk management and/or process improvement, required
- CIA, CISA, CPA, or equivalent, preferred
- Demonstrates intermediate to advanced understanding of finance
- Prior system based audit experience preferred
- Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to identify and/or resolve discrepancies and inconsistencies
- Attention to detail
- Ability to communicate across all levels of the organization
- Ability to travel approximately 15-20% of the time
- Previous experience ERP experience (SAP experience preferred but not required)
- Korean-Englishbilingual fluency required
