Recruits for hard-to-fill, professional and management level IT positions for the organization. Conducts full-cycle recruiting, hiring and other staffing needs, as assigned. Implements and coordinates system-wide sourcing strategies, recruitment and retention activities and advertising. Builds relationships and collaborates with all IT business units to meet current Talent Acquisition needs. Primarily remote position.

Job Responsibility

  • \r

  • Recruits for hard-to-fill, professional and management level positions for the organization; develops workforce strategies for mission critical positions, including internal and external research and sourcing, as well as drivers of workforce retention.

  • \r

  • Develops and cultivates relationships with business partners and hiring managers to gain understanding of business needs, provide service excellence and staffing expertise.

  • \r

  • Creates candidate pools/pipelines and sources qualified candidates to meet customer requirements by implementing extensive searching, networking, and sourcing techniques.

  • \r

  • Leverages online recruiting resources and in-house applicant tracking system to identify and recruit qualified candidates; pre-screens, interviews, and manages full cycle recruiting process and maintains resume database and candidate for area(s) of focus.

  • \r

  • Conducts follow-up calls to hiring managers and new hires to assess hiring quality improvement initiatives; plans and coordinates system-wide recruiting and networking events and initiatives; acts as key liaison to vendors.

  • \r

  • Ensures the delivery of the corporate brand and communicates the system as an employer of choice; coordinates with advertising agency to manage advertising and position posting needs.

  • \r

  • Incorporates metrics to define success/failure and shares with key stakeholders.

  • \r

  • Monitors vacancy and turnover for service lines and develops strategies to address retention issues.

  • \r

  • Stays informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices.

  • \r

  • Operates under limited guidance and work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

  • \r

Job Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.

  • \r

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience, required.

  • \r

  • 2-5 yearsIT recruitment/sourcing experiencestrongly preferred
