Senior Technology Manager (Dev Ops)

**Job Description:**
**Position Summary:**
+ Build, support & manage online development environment and pre-SIT pipeline for Digital Technology teams with focus on Wealth Digital Infrastructure.
+ Devise, implement and support long term development IDE strategy especially for Wealth Digital teams.
+ Prepare, build and shakeout dev release pipelines supporting development teams.
+ Responsible for overall system availability at all times and working across organizations to continuously improve the health of development environments.
+ Support a release train based Dev Ops operating model for Digital Technology team.
+ Incrementally automate shakeout, issue identification, triage and resolution and work to strategically reduce interdependencies within GWIM Digital space.
+ Manage a team responsible for troubleshooting critical environment health failures, and facilitate speedy resolution.
+ Communicate status of application availability and performance frequently to stake holders and technology partners.
+ Engage during PI and facilitate infrastructure design reviews for trains as a TI liaison with Shift Left mindset.
+ Provide insight on the pre-established infrastructure design patterns to application teams.
+ Collaborate with application development teams and provide operational assistance they need for feature delivery.
**Required Skills:**
+ 10+ years of relevant Engineering Delivery Lead experience.
+ 10+ years experience in engineering end to end designs for critical business services.
+ Experience managing a team, including coaching, performance and day to day engagement in the success of the team.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with quick adaptation to new technologies, methodologies, and systems.
+ Strong Incident Management and Problem Management skills.
+ Independent self-starter, highly organized and detail oriented, with a proactive approach and positive attitude.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and drive quality results with urgency.
+ Must be an effective communicator and negotiator with strong presentation skill.
+ Experience driving creation and design of processes and solutions to achieve business goals, resolve issues/gaps, or deliver on strategic priorities.
+ Collaborates across teams, including business, technology, and risk/compliance partners
+ Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
