This dynamic team brings together the science of data and technology with media insights and activation. Within this data-driven team, you will play a vital role in defining PepsiCo's future vision of marketing, with a focus on technology, data & integration. You and your MarTech team will be responsible for driving PepsiCo's global MarTech initiatives and delivering on specific capabilities. You will work cross-functionally with marketing, IT, and data & analytics experts across the company to create a deliberate, coordinated, and interconnected approach to MarTech. You will also work with multiple external vendor partners to bring your vision to life. Because you will play a critical role in developing our MarTech strategys future, an innate curiosity and deep capacity for problem-solving are essential to being successful. An ideal candidate will have marketing/ad-tech experience in product/consulting/sales, at a digital/media agency, or will have played a similar client-side role. CPG/Retail experience is a plus. Key Requirements: Well-aware of the ad-tech ecosystem (of different tech/platforms, data, general economics (fees, pricing models, etc.)) and have good industry relationships Hands-on experience implementing MarTech solutions along with a well-informed view/opinion on where the industry is moving Ability to operate effectively in matrix relationships across organizational and geographical boundaries and with multiple stakeholders Strong interpersonal and communication skills with proven ability to turn the complex into the simple, to cut through and focus on what matters and convey key messages in a visual and compelling way with both non-technical and technical audiences Strong collaborative and relationship-building work style Responsibilities: You will be supporting the Global MarTech Sr. Manager and responsible for facilitating PepsiCo's global MarTech initiatives You will also work with multiple external vendor and supplier partners to manage existing workstreams and evaluate new opportunities/products You will own operational execution of MarTech programs You will support the architecture and ongoing optimization of the overall stack of all marketing technology products used across sectors and regions You will keep current on MarTech, AdTech, legal regulations, innovation and general technology trends and translate them into POVs (thought leadership) to inform direction for future strategies and plans You will act as a trusted advisor and day-to-day contact to key stakeholders and proactively stay closely connected to them in the development and optimization of digital media You will elevate the impact of MarTech by challenging the way we've done it in the past and delivering clear, thoughtful alternatives/recommendations COVID-19 vaccination is a condition of employment for this role.
