The Global Liquidity Risk Management Technology team within Corporate Treasury Technology consists of extremely talented engineers, who develop industry leading financial management platforms that provide solutions to provide regulatory reporting globally.
This role is responsible for optimizing the flow of epics/features and the value delivered by a smaller Agile Release Train (ART) with focuson serving the needs of the train to drive performance and growth.

Role Overview
Global Liquidity Management Technologys development team is looking for motivated new talent to help with delivering meta data driven critical reporting and analytical self-service capability that would help Risk managers to manage banks liquidity metrics based on regulatory guideline and enterprise risk appetite.
As an Agile Train Engineer is responsible for coordinating and facilitating the ART ceremonies, managing dependencies across teams in the ART, and providing visibility into the health of epic/feature delivery and the overall program increment.
This role ensures impediments to epic/feature delivery are resolved quickly and protects the teams from outside disruptions to delivery. They manage financials for the ART and assist with resource planning. In addition, promote and coach the Agile mindset and principles, empowering individual teams to become self-managing and fulfill their cross-functional potential.
Required Skills
Expert in Agile techniques such as User Stories, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games etc
Moderate to Advanced skill with Microsoft Office suites
Moderate experience working with JIRA as means to track work, status, issues, risks and dependencies
Experience with being part of a large scale data, regulatory and stress reporting applications in the financial industry
Experience working across all levels of the organization
Experience working with a global team using Follow the Sun model
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with the ability to execute
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Desired Skills
Background in Treasury functions with focus in Global Liquidity Management is strongly desirable

**Jersey City pay range:**
$90,500 - $160,000
annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
**Discretionary incentive eligible**
